De regreso al Le Blanc
Mi esposa y un servidor regresamos por tercer año consecutivo de aniversario de bodas al Le Blanc. No acostumbro hacer calificaciones públicas, pero me siento con la obligación de señalar el MAGNÍFICO servicio que provee este hotel.
Lo conocimos tres años atrás y lo consiguieron de nuevo: nos volvieron a sorprender. Su nivel de atención es impecable. Es visible la renovación constante en sus siempre impecables instalaciones.
El room service es "un sueño".
Nos fue muy grato ver a las mismas personas atendiendo en las diferentes áreas y que nos recordaran como clientes anuales.
¿El SPA? OBLIGATORIO !!! No dejen de tomar un masaje en parejas !
FANTASTICO
El hotel es sencillamente fantastico, la atencion de la gente perfecto, sobre todo de Tomas y Bruno, dos mayordomos que te hacen sentir como en casa y se preocupan de todo lo que necesitas. La atencion de Felipe, Reynaldo e Ignacio en la alberca de atras es estupenda y muy cordial, siempre preocupados de todo. Las meseras Jeanette y Rubi, son muy amables, siempre te atienden con una sonrisa y se preocupan de todo. La recepcion de Joe en la entrada del hotel fue excelente. Finalmente la atencion de Emmir en el restaurant italiano, fue fantastica, siempre preocupado de todo, te explicaba todos los platos, ademas de recomendarte buenos vinos. Todo perfecto.
Le Blanc Spa Resort 6th Fl Rm 618
5 Star all the way. One of the Palace Resorts Hotels. From the arrival and pick up at the airport, to the greeting upon entering the resort, checkin, personal Butler service for each floor, everything was perfect. The Butler service for each floor is excellent idea. They assist with booking arrangements for side trips, spa, golf, room needs etc so you don't have to wait for assistance at the main desk like most resorts.
We have been to XPU Ha, Playacar, Cozumel and Isle Mujeres. This was first time to Cancun. While we prefer the more southerly areas, the LeBlanc offered peaceful, relaxing environment.
The spa and water therapy were wonderful daily treats. Gym is available w/group classes too.
Food in the international, and Asian restaurants was excellent. If you don't see what you want...just ask, they will probably take care of it. Service was spectacular.
Our room was 6th floor room 618. View was exceptional overlooking the ocean. Doors open up and you can get the breeze and ocean sounds.
Took side trip of Aqua World boat ride/jet ski/snorkle. Lots of fun. You get to drive your own jet ski for quite a long distance, then snorkle the reef.
Dive trip with Tank Ha in Playa Carmen. These guys are the best outfit around. Been diving with them for 6+ years. Shallow close dives the reefs to Cozumel wall-Beautiful. Dive Masters personal, helpful, informative, safe. I hadn't been out for 4 years... no problem...
Side trip with Altournative Eco Trips. Always good. Down to Coba ruins, climb, then some rapel, snorkel/swim in Cenote, lunch at authentic Mayan village.
Day trip to Isle Mujeres. Caught the local bus, just down the street, to the ferry. Ferry to Isle. Rented a golf cart for the day and drove around the island. Beautiful side trip. Stopped at Palace Resort on Isle for lunch. Then back to Cancun. Last ferry leaves around 5:30.
Back to resort...a true Palace of a resort!
