Our highly acclaimed culinary staff prepares delectable haute cuisine and our sommelier is ready to assist you in selecting the perfect wine from our extraordinary variety of highly rated wines from around the world. BLANC INTERNATIONAL
Simple, attractive decor and a marvelous ocean view are the backdrop for an array of culinary delights from around the world. Features show cooking, breakfast and lunch buffet, à la carte dinner and wine cellar.

BLANC ITALIA
The finest Italian cuisine, complemented by elegant design, exquisite glass decor and water screens. Savor seasonal specialties, à la carte dining and a wonderful selection of wines from our cellar.
Open from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Dress code is casual elegant: skirt or long pants for ladies and long pants, shirt or polo for gentlemen, no flip flops or tennis shoes. Reservations are not required.
BLANC ORIENT
Delight in a culinary experience with Japanese, Thai and Chinese cuisine in an Asian ambiance with Zen garden, serving à la carte dinner.

BLANC TERRACE
Located on the 3rd terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea. Guests can choose from a variety of International dishes and wood oven specialties.

LUMIERE
Our French-fusion venue, located beside Blanc International, is an elegant and chic restaurant that will captivate guests with its unique seven-course tasting menu, which includes a series of small dishes all featuring distinct ingredients and exquisite entrées to surprise and delight your palate.
Attire: Formal - no shorts, sleeveless t-shirts, sneakers or sandal.
Hours: Open from 6pm - 11pm

BLANC LUNA & BLANC SOL SNACK BARS
Throughout the day, Blanc Luna at the lagoon and Blanc Sol by the beach and pool offer a wide range of salads, burgers, sandwiches and fresh juices.
Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Bar hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
