Terms and Conditions
When using Resort Credit for My Palace Memories, Resort Credit Shop and other products and services of this promotion, 11% service tax and fees will apply. These taxes and fees can be paid with cash, credit card or other authorized means. Percentages are subject to change based on local VAT. Valid for new reservations as of April 1, 2012.
It applies to members with Imperial Weeks, Preferential Rates, participants of the Referral Program and Advantage Promotion. Resort Credit has a maximum value of $1,500 for reservations of 5 or more nights or
• Promotion applies to Wedding groups of 25 rooms and under. Groups over 25 rooms should contact the Weddings department at weddings@leblancsparesort.com. Existing reservations or reservations with overlapping dates qualify. Promotion is subject to change or may be discontinued without prior notice. Not applicable to travel agent rate, tour operator, employee rate, FAM trips, site inspections, complimentary or compensatory stays. It is not valid for RCI 7x4. It is valid for RCI Members with a prepaid stays of 7 nights or longer. Resort Credits are non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be held over for future stays. All services purchased with Resort Credit must be purchased at retail price. Not applicable or combinable with any other credit or discount (except the Fall EBB).
- All services or products are subject to availability. Resort Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services. No refunds will be issued for unused credit. Limit on Resort Credit for select product or services apply. Amount of Resort Credit per product or service is outlined within each service/amenity. Resort Credit cannot be used for: purchases at gift shops, proshops, boutiques, jewelry, telephone calls that are not included with the “Free Long Distance” offer, airport transfers, optional honeymoon packages, medical services, taxis, motorized water sports, optional tours, room rate or an additional guest/day pass
- Reservations: Guests with reservations at more than one resort will receive their Resort Credit based on number of nights at each resort. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards future stays or transferred to another room. All categories are entitled to one (1) $1,500 Resort Credit or $750 Resort Credit based on their length of stay.
- Tours: Additional services within these tours may not be applicable towards this promotion. Subject to availability. Some restrictions may apply. Not applicable to excursions provided by other operators.
- Golf / Spa: Subject to space and availability. Additional services may be available at the golf courses which may not be applicable towards this promotion. Resort Credit is not applicable for products at pro shop, beauty salon and spa. Some restrictions apply.
- Weddings: Wedding dates and packages are subject to availability. Resort Credit is redeemable towards the purchase of a Wedding Package and the full $1500/$750 must be applied towards the package. Resort Credit cannot be applied towards Optional Services or extras. Complimentary Package continues to be available as an additional option to our guests.
- Room Upgrades: Subject to availability and cannot be used towards Jr. Suites, Governor Suites or Presidential Suites.
- Romantic Dinner: Includes Moet & Chandon champagne, Surf & Turf with high quality US Beef for two adults. Additional bottles of champagne incur an additional cost. Reservations are required for Romantic Dinners, based on availability and location may be changed due to inclement weather conditions.
