What is the minimum age required to enjoy the Le Blanc Spa Resort experience?

Since, Le Blanc is an adult’s only resort, the minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

Upon arrival, our dedicated staff will greet you in the lobby with a cool drink and washcloth. These welcome treats will ease your mind as you proceed to check-in.

What is the Le Blanc Spa Resort Butler Service?

Our butler service ensures that you enjoy every minute of your vacation by having fun and relaxing, instead of worrying about small and time-consuming tasks. Our butlers will assist you with everything from preparing your Jacuzzi, delivering your morning newspaper & coffee, booking your tours and spa services, transportation arrangements, wake-up calls and much more.

Where exactly is Le Blanc Spa Resort located in Mexico?

Le Blanc is located in Cancun’s hotel zone, which offers the best in beaches, culture and nightlife. Flanked by the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, this amazing resort boasts the most breathtaking views. It is also only 25 minutes from Cancun’s International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Cancun.

What will I experience at Le Blanc Spa Resort’s beach?

Le Blanc is situated on one of the most stunning stretches of beach in the Mexican Caribbean. Our beach offers beachside service from Blancsol, our beach/pool snack bar.

Do I need a passport to travel to your resort?

A new change in requirements will affect all United States citizens entering the United States from countries within the Western Hemisphere who do not currently possess valid passports. Effective January 23, 2007, the United States will require a valid passport for all citizens traveling to and from Mexico. How do I arrange my transportation from the airport to get to Le Blanc Spa Resort?

Please check with your travel professional to verify that you do not have transfers included in your vacation package. If transfers are not included, you can contact Le Blanc Spa Resort’s official in-house ground operator and they will assist you with all of your airport transfers. What time is check-in and checkout? If I would like to extend my checkout time, is this possible?

All times are based on Central Standard Time.
Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Checkout: Noon
Depending upon availability, guests can extend their checkout time to 6:00 p.m.
Late checkout charges will apply.

Does Le Blanc Spa Resort have a currency exchange?

Yes, we do have a currency exchange on premises. It is conveniently located in the main lobby.

I would like to make a call outside of Mexico? Can I make the call from my in-room telephone or do I need a calling card?

Yes, you can make long distance calls from your guestroom at no additional charge for calls placed within Mexico, to the continental US and Canada. Please contact the hotel operator for assistance. You can also make long distance calls with a calling card that must be used at phone booths located in the main lobby. Calling cards can be purchased at the gift shop.

Does Le Blanc Spa Resort have a dress code for the restaurants in the evening?

Yes, guests are required to dress in Casual Elegance attire. Ladies can wear skirts or long pants and dress shoes. Gentlemen can wear long pants, collared shirts and dress shoes. Jeans are not permitted.

Do I need to make restaurant reservations?

No, reservations are not required at any of the restaurants at Le Blanc.

I would like to celebrate my honeymoon at Le Blanc Spa Resort. Are there any special honeymoon amenities at the resort?

Le Blanc offers a complimentary honeymoon package that includes a variety of amenities.

I would like to celebrate my honeymoon at Le Blanc. Do I automatically receive the honeymoon suite if I am listed as a Honeymooner?

Couples will only receive the honeymoon suite when a specific reservation has been made for that suite and it has been paid for. 1
