A. Distance from Hotel to Downtown Cancun, 15 minutes. Distance from Hotel to Cancun Airport, 25 minutes. The Resort is located in the heart of the hotel zone facing a spectacular and private white sandy beach.

Q. What is the minimum age needed to be a guest at Le Blanc Spa Resort?
A. 18. Le Blanc Spa Resort is an adults only property.

Q. What activities and features are provided at the Le Blanc Spa Resort all inclusive?
A. Le Blanc Spa Resort is for a complete relaxation, experience a day at the Spa where elegant spa suites let you enjoy rejuvenating treatments. When not enjoying the spa, guests will be able to lounge by one of the 3 outdoor pools, including 2 infinity pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi. You may also enjoy activities such as Wine or Tequila Tastings, Aqua Spinning, TRX, Beach and pool volleyball, Pilates, yoga, table games and nightly entertainment such as fire shows, Live Dj and Karaoke. You will be provided upon arrival with a list of the activities programed during your stay. Please note activities are subject to change without previuos notice.

Q. How many rooms and pools are there at Le Blanc Spa Resort all inclusive?
A. 260 luxurious accommodations and three outdoor pools including two infinity pools.

Q. How many restaurants and bars are there at Le Blanc Spa Resort All Inclusive?
A. Four finest haute cuisine upscale restaurants and 5 bars including two swim-up bars. We also have snack bars available.

Q. Can I make reservations for spa, golf, Lumiere in advance? How?
A. Yes, you can contact our Tele-marketing Department at or directly by the Le Blanc App.

Q. Is smoking allowed at Le Blanc Spa Resort?
A. Le Blanc Spa Resort is 100% smoke free, however we do have a designated area for smokers.

Q. Do the restaurants require reservations?
A. Lumiere is our fine dinning and most exclusive restaurant, and is the only one that requires a reservation.

Q. Is there a dress code for the Restaurants?
A. At BlancItalia, BlancAsia and BlancInternational the Attire is Casual-Elegant: no shorts or sleeveless t-shirts.
At Lumiere the attire is Formal: no shorts, sleeveless t-shirts, sneakers or sandals, and no jeans.

Q. Is internet included in Le Blanc Spa Resort's all inclusive package?
A. Wireless Internet service is offered in both public areas and guestrooms at no cost for guests.

Q. Is the spa included in Le Blanc Spa Resort´s all inclusive package?
A. Spa treatments have an additional cost; however the hydrotherapy area at the spa is available at no addtional cost during your stay.

Q. Is there a shuttle from Le Blanc to the other Palace Resorts properties?
A. We do not have transportation to the other properties; however, taxis are available 24 hours.

Q. Does the Bulter service have an additional cost? What are some of the services offered by the Butlers?
A. Butler service is available and included in your package. Some of the services offered by the butlers are: Packing and unpacking, restaurant reservations, reservation and flight schedule changes, shoe shining, preparing your in-room tub with bath salts of your preference and daily newspaper delivery.

Q. Do you have a discoteque on site?
A. There is a lounge bar with DJ, live music and nightly entertainment open until 2 AM. Le Blanc Spa Resort is conveniently located in the heart of the hotel strip, walking distance from Cancun´s main night life.

A. Rates and availability changes minute-by-minute. We recommend that you reserve now for immediate confirmation. In most cases, you will be able to change or cancel your reservation without penalty, though some rates do require a deposit. Be sure to read the Rate Terms carefully.

Q. Are reservations confirmed immediately?
A. Yes. We only offer rates that are confirmed as available. Reservations are confirmed immediately with the hotel.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation email?
A. Yes. Immediately after making your reservation, you will be sent an email which will include your hotel confirmation number.

Q. How many people may I have in my room?
A. Reservations made on our site are for the industry-standard based on double occupancy. An additional person in the room may be subject to room type availability and will require an additional charge.

Q. When will I need to pay for the reservation?
A. In most cases, you will only be charged for your first night. Deposit details will be included in the Rate Terms.

Q. Why do I need to provide a credit card to make my reservation?
A. A credit card is required by the hotel to confirm your reservation. You will be charged THE FIRST NIGHT, unless your reservation is pre-paid.
