| When guests arrive to this amazing celebration,
immediately they will notice the logo of their company carved
into stone with wooden torches highlighting it on both sides.
Once inside the foyer, there will be white cocktail tables
and chairs set up. The backs of the chairs will be adorned
with blue metallic cloth tied into pew bows. Unique centerpieces
-- white long candles encircled by hollowed tree trunks
with vines wrapped around them -- will add a cool tone to
the event.
White cloth draped across the ceiling with low lighting
in hues of blue and white will give the room a relaxed ambiance.
And to add to this easygoing atmosphere, mellow music can
be played and lounging areas can be placed into the foyer.
The party will proceed to the convention hall where tables
covered with sheer white cloth will be set up. Lamps will
be placed under the tables softly illuminating the room.
